Why have a dog if it’s going to live outside on a chain? I never understood it. How can you love your pet if they’re outside all the time? Thats not love, that’s NEGLECT. PLEASE DO BETTER. And yes, I do call the police if I see it because it’s wrong. Dogs have feelings. Dogs want to be comfortable.
